What the archive preserves
OldMeta turns difficult-to-use historical captures into structured guide records: champion, author, date, role, runes, masteries, summoner spells, skill order, item choices, variants, matchup categories, and source metadata.
What it does not copy
The archive does not republish old guide articles. Long-form explanations, anecdotes, jokes, and strategy prose are excluded by default. The interface and editorial text are original to OldMeta.
Sources and review
Historical guide selections are traced to exact Internet Archive captures. Game-reference data is kept separate from guide-source data so historical and League Classic versions are not silently treated as identical. Imported guides remain unpublished until a human reviewer verifies the source and confirms that copied long-form prose is absent.

OldMeta is an independent fan product. It is not a Riot Games product and does not claim Riot endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
